Prior to listing your home I will help you prepare your home.  I will guide you through checklists and make suggestions for repairs and/or updates prior to listing your home in the MLS.  If necessary, I will take the extra step to stage your home to ensure that it is shown in the most positive light and yields the highest price in the least amount of time. I begin marketing prior to your home being listed with a professional photo shoot, creating a photo gallery, video tour (where applicable), flyers and develop ads. Upon listing, your home will be advertised in a variety of sources that may include any combination of the following: installing premier signs, activating and advertising in MLS,,,,, Homefinder, The Real Estate Book, Anchorage Daily News, Craigslist  and Facebook.  I also advertise in resources available to pilots and medical professionals.
